I can help…
I enjoy and have years of experience working with adolescents, college students, and adults who are grappling with difficulties related to concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, AD/HD, etc.
I strive to work collaboratively with clients, honoring each person’s inner wisdom while also offering evidence-based strategies for managing symptoms and difficulties.
I seek to truly listen and understand each individual with whom I work, offering support, direction, and an alternative perspective when needed. I believe that context matters and affects not only the way we think and feel, but also how we show up in our relationships with others. I welcome conversations about how factors such as discrimination/oppression, financial hardship, familial/relationship factors, etc. impact mental health and wellbeing. I also work hard to ensure that my work is congruent with client’s cultural values and religious beliefs.
