Does this sound familiar?

Difficulty adjusting to a change or life transition?

Struggling to connect with your child, or feel like your family is always fighting?

Are you or your child feeling down, worried, or always stressed?

I Can Help.

My clients experience a space where they are seen, heard, and supported to reach their goals.

Children, teens, young adults, and families experience a space that is welcoming and responds to how they communicate.

Clients are given tools they can use on their own and families leave with strategies to better support their children.

What can you expect?

The parents and families I have worked with have expressed improvement in their connection to each other and increased confidence in responding to their child’s behaviors.

My clients feel more capable of managing their day-to-day stress, and less weighted down by their past experiences.

Feeling more positive and in control of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Congratulations on taking this step in finding support for yourself or a loved one. I offer a safe environment centered around your strengths and goals for therapy. I have spent my career providing services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. I am passionate about supporting clients through the many transitions that come during these phases of life, and helping families discover their unique way of communicating. In my practice I primarily utilize EMDR, ARC (Attachment, Regulation & Competency), CBT, mindfulness, and solution-oriented techniques. I enjoy working with clients of diverse cultures, gender identities, sexual orientations, ethnicities, and spiritual practices.

I also enjoy working with medical providers, first responders, and mental health providers.  I can help!
