Whether you suffer from anxiety, depression, overwhelming stress, living in recovery from eating disorders, negative body image, or problems inherent in relationships, we can use tools and techniques effective in creating positive change. My Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach produces measurable results for living a full and productive life.

I am also offering a mindfulness group for binge-eating.

One of my specialties is helping individuals navigate transitions, set goals, develop healthy stress reduction strategies, and build strong relationships. In turn, I enjoy working with parents and teachers addressing similar issues. My background in education gives me unique experience, as well as an ability to provide measurable ways to practice and implement strategies.

I see many clients with anxiety issues, and believe with the correct balance of therapy and practice, anxiety can be reduced significantly in four to five sessions. I also run groups for reducing anxiety and depression.

My primary goal as a therapist is to select the methods most effective for you. I believe everyone has the power to live life to the fullest, and I am passionate about helping you achieve that goal!
