Does this sound familiar?

  • Are you having trouble making sense of relationships?
  • Do you need help reclaiming who you are individually or as a couple?
  • Are you wanting some assistance in exploring yourself or your relationship with your partner?

I can help.

  • I want to know what hasn’t worked for you in the past so we can collaborate outside of the box.
  • I value what is important to you and your own journey. I want to know your story and how it can move forward.
  • I am a comfortable person to talk about emotions with. I won’t judge who you are.

What can you expect?

  • Navigating relationships in an easier manner.
  • Being able to articulate emotions in a less confusing way.
  • Knowing and accepting who you are, so that you can share it with the world.
I work with a wide range of clients in individual and relationship counseling, especially those dealing with aspects of change or transition in their life including (but not limited to) identity, faith or spirituality, sexuality, gender identity, career or education, and relationships. As a queer person raised in Utah, I have personal and professional experience in these topics. I hold a Master of Social Work from Portland State University, and my theoretical approaches include Internal Family SystemsTherapy (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Neurobiology, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
