You might be looking for support as you…
- Build more fulfilling relationships and feel more connected to others
- Navigate life transitions, reconnect with yourself and find a greater sense of what matters to you and the life you want to create.
- Develop a more peaceful and accepting relationship to your body
- In my work with couples and poly systems, you can expect to strengthen your relationship, navigate challenges as a team and develop new ways of communicating, understanding each other and connecting with authenticity.
I Can Help.
- I use a collaborative, deeply relational approach grounded in curiosity, connection and trust in your own inner wisdom.
- I bring attention to the connection between mind and body, using your feelings and physical sensations to deepen self-understanding.
- I provide space to explore the roots of old patterns, alongside practical tools you can use in everyday life.
- When working with couples and poly systems, my relational and curious approach invites couples to slow down, explore challenges in a safe container and expand openness towards the other.
What can you expect?
- Greater self-acceptance and a more compassionate relationship to yourself.
- Deeper, more fulfilling relationships and a stronger sense of connection with others.
- A clearer sense of what matters to you and what gives your life meaning.
- A space where you feel heard, supported and accepted as you are.
- Couples/poly systems can expect a greater understanding of relationship patterns and practical ways to build trust, intimacy and connection.
My approach is informed by training in somatic therapy, sex therapy, and body liberation through the Center for Body Trust. I bring a weight-inclusive, disability-informed and affirming perspective to our work, honoring the ways people experience and move through the world. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore ourselves with curiosity, compassion and connection.
