Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have experience with website browsers, word processing, email, database entry, and phone systems.
- Professional and friendly at all times with clients
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in your work.
- Easy to work with and able to accept correction, training, and feedback well.
- Ability to engage in a positive and supportive team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in professional phone scheduling or receptionist duties, where phone and email tasks were a large part of the job (hospitality, dental office, spa scheduler, medical receptionist, etc).
Duties:
Duties include data processing, answering incoming phone calls for new and existing clients, matching new clients to therapists and scheduling intakes, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, as well as other office duties to help operate the practice. 40 hours per week.
Compensation:
Hourly Employee. Also, Health Insurance, paid sick leave and 401K benefits are available for full-time employees.
