Does this sound familiar?

  • Is your child having difficulty with overwhelm, transitions, anxiety, poor concentration, or depressed mood?
  • Is your teenager getting ready to launch into adulthood, navigating increased responsibility and independence, and finding their own identity?
  • Are you a young adult who is navigating life, relationships, and processing the ups and downs of life?

I Can Help.

  • With years of experience and expertise working with children, teens, families and young adults, I come from a place of meeting clients where they are at and collaborating to reach their fullest potential.
  • I utilize evidence based practices, compassion, and the client’s expertise to build personal skills, heal traumatic wounds, spend time in the present moment, and look forward to the future.
  • As a social worker and therapist, I naturally work from a systems lens, identifying and understanding a larger picture that impacts an individual. I also incorporate attachment theory, cognitive behavior theory, and collaborative problem solving in my work.

What can you expect?

  • You will develop insights, skills and understanding of your emotions, thoughts, and experiences in life.
  • You will learn how to build yourself up, engage in life in a way that is fulfilling, and work through challenges.
  • You will reach toward healing and understanding of the challenges life comes with while feeling hopeful for the future.
