My background and training includes Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have several years of experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and trauma in multiple therapy settings.
