As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 29 year of experience specializing in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma, I can help. I also work with clients around grief, loss, and attachment issues and have years 21 year of experience working with parents around parenting issues and child behavioral challenges. When you meet with me, you’ll find:

I have a passion for working with clients who are struggling with trauma symptoms, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship attachment ruptures, and grief and loss using effective and well validated techniques including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

I strongly believe in focusing on strengths, skills and what’s working well now in your life while directly addressing what’s not serving you. My therapeutic approach is to collaborate closely with clients and create a safe, calm, comfortable atmosphere where positive change happens!

My background is in individual therapy, family therapy, and child mental health. I have extensive training and experience implementing evidence based interventions proven effective to help clients reach their goals. I’m certified in the Family Check-up Model which was developed by Oregon Social Learning Center.
