You know what happens when we set unrealistic goals such as jogging one hour a day? Exactly – it overwhelms us, so the task almost never gets done.

Don’t get us wrong. Jogging an hour a day is a great long term goal. But don’t forget, you have to walk before you can run.

That number may scare you a bit. But there’s no need to worry. All you need to do is break that number down. Exercising eight minutes a day sounds much easier than 56 minutes a week – don’t you think?
